I ran varsity my senior year in Cross and I made it to State, and I ran my best 3mile race at the Layton Open Region meet with a time of 17:38.

I have lettered all three years in Cross Country and two soon to be three in Track and Field.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run under 4:50 in the 1600m

Break 11 minutes in the 3200m

Run under 2:10 in the 800m

Run under 56 seconds in the 400m

Become totally injury free, and get up to six miles a day for training runs

Break 50 minutes at Fernwood

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon and maybe become a triathlethe. I want to be one of those old guys who have been running all their lives!

Personal:

I started running while I was in 8th grade for Jr. High track, and then I joined the Syracuse High Cross Country team as a Sophomore and I have ran almost every day since then except on Sundays. I got patella femoral pain syndrome after my sophomore year of Cross Country and I was injured on and off until my senior year. I am now about to finish up my senior year of Track.
